Diamond Blades

Diamond Blade is used especially for cutting abrasive materials. Just like other blades, diamond blade is used in the construction industry, for building repairs, remodeling and shape cutting.

The main purpose for a diamond blade is cutting concrete, brick, block, stone and other materials. It is made with steel and has powder metal which is mixed with diamond crystals and heated and carved into diamond segments, which are also known as the cutting teeth of the blade. The cutting teeth are then attached to the steel core through welding. The other techniques include electroplating the diamond crystal directly to the steel core, or brazing is also used to create a single layered diamond blade.

Diamond Blades don’t cut, they grind. Their cutting teeth or diamond segments are rectangular in shape, which contain diamond crystals for grinding through extremely hard materials, and a diamond blade can be used with or a without water for work as well, which makes it very easy for the technicians to work with them.

Various Types of Tile Saw

Saws have been known to be used in the earlier times, like the 14th century, when a saw was recovered from a site in China. This fact just goes to show how old this tool has been, and how much the home makers need it. There are different types of Saws, stone saws, diamond saws, masonry saws and tile saws.
We will be discussing tile saws in this blog. Tile saws are specially made for cutting tiles, which include marble, granite and various other materials. There are different types of Tile Saws:
